Crave by Tiki Kos: Book Review

Image
Crave by Tiki Kos My rating: 5 of 5 stars What a world Ms. Kos has created! I love new angles in werewolf lore, & Crave delivers. In fact, her whole world, & how each segment is interconnected is so well done. The evolution of the main character from social outsider to badass beast grabbed me from the get-go, and I want more (I downloaded book 2 already 😉) The twist is unexpected, as it should be (and oh so satisfying in its resolution). I look forward to digging further into the mythos of Ladies of Death! View all my reviews   You can purchase Crave on Amazon for $0.99 (as of the date of this post)

The 12 Terrors of Christmas- Review

Image
The 12 Terrors of Christmas by Claudette Melanson My rating: 5 of 5 stars Awesome horror anthology! I meant to read it around Christmas. That didn’t happen, but it’s still worth sinking your teeth into, no matter the time of year! I loved how each story was a stand alone, yet interconnected. I’d love a whole book about Santa and his wife Willa. It’s a world that can keep on giving. My question is, are all the stories also tied to the Mara Deluca books by the same author (she did feature in one of the stories, after all). Is Maxwell that is Santa’s sire the same as Mara’s father? But yeah, I loved it, & I’d love to see a sequel anthology. Lynne Lambs short story was also so good! Great characters and another horrifying Santa, I love it! I’m gonna make an extra effort to read this anthology around Christmas next year! View all my reviews

Beauty is the Beast: Blog Tour Wrap-Up

Wow! I can't believe my very first blog tour is already over! It has been quite a learning experience, and I couldn't have done it without the guidance of my mentor, Erika. She is a fount of knowledge and experience! I feel like I've come such a long way since I first started publishing. All the research I did before hand I feel just skeedadled away or is now obsolete. I had no idea how fast things moved and changed. I've also gotten to experience the generousity of the indie writing community. From walking me through how to set up a buy link with PayPal, to all the encouragement I've recieved, I'm blown away and so incredibly grateful. As for this blog tour. Thank you to:  Author Jensen Reed (seriously don't know how I kept adding an extra s to your name!) Author Lyssa Medana  Heather & Sam at Nightly Reading Author Rebeka Jonesy Author A.F. Stewart I highly recommend you snoop around the rest of their blogs beyond my posts there! And
